Had trouble producing a receipt for us on checkout.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. TV had a loud noise coming from it when it was on. Staff was very nice and helpful but had a hard time producing a receipt for us at checkout. (We were paying cash for our movie rentals and Pirate Show dinner theater and wanted a receipt). The hotel was in a great location. It is close to restaurants and Amusement parks.

The staff in the lobby were very polite and helpful. I arrived early but the lobby staff found me a room anyway. The lobby staff even shared information about possible places to eat as well as providing directions for me to places I wanted to visit. The room was very spacious and clean. The cost of the continental breakfast was $12. We went next door to Starbucks and both ate for that price!

The staff was very rude.

The staff was very rude. I think they prefer to cater to business customers. I was there for one day on a brief vacation. The staff treated me and my son as if we were little better than dirt.
